Back From the Brink...
I am back from the brink. Brink of what you ask? The brink of Hell. I am a property manager for 200 houses, condos and apartments that are scattered all over Auburn. We moved over 80 of the units out on 7/31 and the 75 back in on 8/15. College kids are jackasses. They are nasty, rude and respect nothing. I thought I would share some of the gems I found while walking units....

Are you insinuating that college aged young adults aren't respectful of the places that they live? I think you are being a bit heavy handed in your assessment. These fine young people are the future of Murca. Come on now.
I may be guilty of leaving a less than perfectly clean oven, but a shitty toilet??? I think not!

That is disgusting. You should have some of LSU's nursing students come live there. They don't take a dump without their parents there to wipe their asses for them.

I guess I need to go clean out my fridge. LOL
I have encountered nastiness that is beyond belief. I have seen a very evil side to humanity. I had a horrible cleaning lady. I had to clean one of the awful houses and a 2BR apartment the night before and on move in day...
